Evening Schedule

  • 5:00 PM – Welcome wine
  • 6:00 PM – Dinner seating begins

  • Cauliflower Muhammara — red pepper & walnut puree, roasted cauliflower, pomegranate molasses
  • Liquid Gold Soup — fall vegetable bisque
  • Scallop & Pork Belly — sweet potato & brussels sprouts hash, red wine reduction
  • Lamb Ragu — gyro spice, polenta, delicata squash, kale
  • Pumpkin Pie — cinnamon tuille, mascarpone crème, graham dust

$120 per person | Includes 5-course dinner, wine pairings, tax & gratuity
